With her help we searched for 3 years both on line and once a year in person until we found the right one. she sent us plenty of postings to peruse. she assisted us from out of state with finding the appropriate finance and insurance people Then due to unforeseen medical issues we were unable to move immediately so Lorie bless her arranged for the lawn care for 4 months and cleaning prior to our arrival. needless to say we still keep in touch with her. when it comes time to sell , if she is still in business when our estate is settled we want her to sell it.
