There's something pretty wonderful about a sport invented on a driveway in 1965 growing up to help build actual homes in 2026. On Thursday, September 24th, from 5:00–8:00 PM at Dill Dinkers on Hilton Head Island, we're back for the second year of The Big Dill, our charity pickleball fundraiser benefiting Habitat for Humanity of the Lowcountry.
None of this happens without the businesses who show up, put their name behind it, and help turn dinks and drop shots into real, tangible impact. Before we talk paddles, let's talk about the people who made this event possible — because every one of them said yes to something bigger than a court.
THE BIG DILL SPONSORS
The Bannon Law Group
Founded in 2012 by attorneys Jim and Meredith Bannon, The Bannon Law Group has built a reputation across Bluffton, Hilton Head, and the wider Lowcountry for handling criminal defense, personal injury, and real estate closing and litigation matters with a personable touch that's rare in legal circles. They've built a practice around making people feel supported during some of the highest-stakes moments of their lives — which makes their support of a project literally built on shelter and stability feel right at home. Thank you, Bannon Law Group, for helping us build toward a Lowcountry where more families have a safe place to land.
Kasay Construction
Founded by Steven Kasay, a Passive House–certified builder with a mechanical engineering background, Kasay Construction builds custom, high-performance, energy-efficient homes, remodels, and additions from their Bluffton base (with a second home turf in Charlotte, NC). Their work blends craftsmanship with genuine building science, the kind of attention to detail that makes a house actually work for the people living in it. It's fitting that a builder obsessed with getting homes right is standing behind an organization dedicated to giving Lowcountry families a home of their own. Thank you, Kasay Construction, for building with purpose, both on your job sites and off.
Refine Aesthetics
Founded by nurse injector Morgan Curry, RN, CANS, Refine Aesthetics is a Bluffton med spa built on a simple philosophy: subtle, natural, facial-balancing enhancements over anything that overcorrects. Their personalized injectable treatments and skincare consultations are all about helping clients feel more like themselves, only a little more confident about it. That same spirit of quiet, meaningful improvement is exactly what Habitat for Humanity brings to a neighborhood, one home at a time. Thank you, Refine Aesthetics, for bringing your glow to The Big Dill.
AR Homes
Part of the nationally respected Arthur Rutenberg Homes network, AR Homes builds luxury custom homes across Bluffton, Hilton Head, and Beaufort, backed by a string of Lighthouse Awards for craftsmanship and a signature style built around timeless architecture and easy indoor-outdoor living. They know better than most what a well-built home can mean to a family for generations. Thank you, AR Homes, for lending your expertise in home-building to a cause built on exactly that.
BREAD & BUTTER SPONSORS
Goosehead Insurance – Kate Thomson
Based right here on Hilton Head Island, Kate Thomson helps Lowcountry homeowners cut through the noise of insurance shopping, comparing coverage across dozens of carriers to land on the policy that actually fits their life. In a region where the right coverage can make or break a homeowner's peace of mind, that guidance matters. Thank you, Kate, for protecting Lowcountry homes and helping Habitat build a few more of them.
Capital City Home Loans – Turner Almond
Turner Almond brings the resources of Capital City Home Loans, a Southeast regional lender, to Lowcountry buyers navigating everything from first-time purchases to jumbo loans, with a step-by-step approach that keeps the process personal instead of overwhelming. Homeownership starts with financing that makes sense, and that's exactly where Turner comes in. Thank you, Turner, for helping open the door to homeownership, on and off the court.
GHERKIN SPONSORS
Lumina Home Services
"Built to serve, driven to deliver" isn't just a tagline for Lumina Home Services — it's the whole business model. Under one roof, Lumina brings together Muscle Movers, Lumina Pressure, Lumina Handymen, and Lumina Landscaping, giving Lowcountry homeowners a one-stop shop for the moving, cleaning, repairs, and curb appeal that keep a home running smoothly. That's a lot of ground covered for a lot of homes — and a business built on service is a natural fit for an afternoon built on it too. Thank you, Lumina Home Services, for showing up to serve.
Colleran Accounting
Led by Sally Colleran, Colleran Accounting is a Bluffton CPA firm offering proactive accounting, bookkeeping, and controller-level advisory support to growing service-based and retail businesses across the Lowcountry. They're the kind of behind-the-scenes partner that keeps local businesses financially healthy enough to say yes to things like sponsoring a charity pickleball tournament. Thank you, Colleran Accounting, for balancing the books and backing a great cause.
Northpoint Mortgage – Aaron Benton
Aaron Benton has built a reputation as one of Hilton Head Island's top local mortgage brokers with Northpoint Mortgage, known for responsive, personal service that guides real estate professionals, builders, and everyday homebuyers alike through the lending process. That same hands-on approach is what makes homeownership feel achievable instead of intimidating. Thank you, Aaron, for helping so many Lowcountry families cross the finish line to homeownership.
SWEET PICKLE SPONSORS
Coastal Pediatric Dentistry – Bluffton
Led by board-certified pediatric dentist Dr. Terri Hubbard, Coastal Pediatric Dentistry serves families across Bluffton, Hilton Head, and Beaufort with a kid-friendly approach that makes trips to the dentist something children actually look forward to. Building healthy habits early is their specialty — not unlike building a strong foundation for a family's future. Thank you, Coastal Pediatric Dentistry, for bringing your bright energy to The Big Dill.
Integrity Painting Solutions
A Bluffton-based painting and home repair company, Integrity Painting Solutions has built its name on detail-oriented work and a customer-first philosophy that treats every client like family. That same care and attention to detail is exactly what goes into a Habitat build. Thank you, Integrity Painting Solutions, for showing up with heart, both on the job and off.
Game, Set, Give
To every sponsor on this list: thank you for saying yes to more than a fundraiser. Because of you, a family in the Lowcountry will get keys to a front door that's truly theirs, a place to grow up, gather, and belong. Pickleball got us all in the same room, but you're the reason this day turns into something that outlasts it.
Tickets and donations for The Big Dill are still open! Whether you're ready to grab a paddle or just want to support the cause from the sidelines, join us on Thursday, September 24th, from 5:00–8:00 PM at Dill Dinkers on Hilton Head Island.
