The Agency Arrives in Savannah

It is with great pride that The Agency announces the opening of the newest office in Savannah, Georgia, marking our second location in the Peach State and the 16th in the Southeast. This expansion allows us to continue serving our clients across the Coastal Lowcountry, from Hilton Head and Bluffton to Beaufort, and now just over the Savannah River to the South.

The new office, located at 119 MLK Jr. Blvd., Savannah, GA 31401, will be led by Managing Partner Alison Melton and Managing Director Courtney Heidik. Melton, a seasoned real estate professional, also serves as Managing Partner of The Agency Hilton Head and The Agency Hilton Head – Beaufort, bringing a seamless connection between the Lowcountry and the Hostess City.

“Opening an office in Savannah allows The Agency to serve a growing demand from buyers who want to be part of a city that is as dynamic as it is timeless,” said Mauricio Umansky, CEO and Founder of The Agency. “Its warm climate, diverse job market, and historic charm make Savannah one of the most appealing places to live in the South.”

Why Savannah? A City of Timeless Charm and Modern Opportunity

Recently ranked #3 Best Small City in the U.S. by Condé Nast Traveler, Savannah continues to enchant visitors and residents alike. Readers praised its oak-canopied squares, antebellum architecture, and thriving food scene, from the reimagined Southern fare at The Grey to riverfront dining along the Savannah River.

As Georgia’s oldest city, Savannah is a captivating blend of history and innovation. Its neighborhoods offer something for everyone, from Tybee Island’s beachfront retreats to the family-friendly communities of Richmond Hill and the fast-growing suburb of Pooler. Each area provides its own flavor of Lowcountry living with easy access to downtown’s art galleries, boutiques, and music venues.

“Savannah captures everything buyers are seeking today: a vibrant cultural scene, world-class dining and art, and the relaxed beauty of coastal living,” said Alison Melton. “It’s a city where people aren’t just buying a home—they’re embracing a lifestyle that’s both inspiring and welcoming.”

Connected to the World

Accessibility is another reason Savannah continues to thrive. The Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport offers nonstop service to dozens of major destinations, including Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Miami, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and more. With direct flights from more than 30 cities, Savannah is as convenient as it is charming, making it a perfect hub for residents, visitors, and businesses alike.
