Celebrate Lowcountry Flavor at the 7th Annual Hilton Head Island Shrimp Festival
Sea Pines Resort is once again setting the stage for one of the Lowcountry’s most anticipated culinary celebrations. Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 1–4 PM, when the 7th Annual Hilton Head Island Shrimp Festival returns with food, fun, and family-friendly entertainment.
A Feast for the Senses
The star of the show? Shrimp—prepared in every delicious way you can imagine. More than 15 top Hilton Head-area chefs will showcase their savory shrimp creations, each bringing their own coastal flair to the table. Pair those bites with craft brews from 16 regional breweries, curated by Southern Crown Distributors. Every ticket holder gets the chance to cast a vote for “People’s Choice Best Dish” and “Best Brewery.”
Guests 21 and older with general admission tickets will also take home a keepsake: a Hilton Head Shrimp Fest engraved tasting glass to remember the day.

Fun for the Whole Family
The Shrimp Festival isn’t just about food and drink—it’s a full community celebration. The Kid Zone, sponsored by The Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head, Technical College of the Lowcountry, Coca-Cola, Southern Crown Partners, E. & J. Gallo, and US Foods, will keep little ones entertained with bounce houses, face painting, arts & crafts, and more.
Live music will fill the air as Nashville songwriters take the stage, part of the Hilton Head Island Jam Songwriters Festival. And rumor has it, everyone’s favorite shrimp expert, Forrest Gump, will be making an appearance to enjoy the festivities.
