Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Kriss made her way to the Lowcountry through a lifelong connection to architecture, design, and real estate. Now, she and Bryan work side by side as a husband-and-wife real estate team, helping others make their move to Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, and the surrounding areas with confidence and clarity. They also own and operate their own handyman business, which keeps them closely connected to the day-to-day realities of homeownership.
Kriss's background spans over 30 years in architecture, design, and real estate operations. She’s managed projects, contracts, and client relationships for award-winning firms, along with experience in property management and real estate appraisal. That foundation gives her a strong understanding of how homes are built, how they function, and where the details really matter. She is naturally organized, detail-driven, and focused on keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.
To Kriss, real estate is about more than property. It’s about people, timing, and stepping into something new. She takes pride in listening, communicating clearly, and making sure her clients feel confident every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, Kriss enjoys architecture, interior design, art, music, gardening, and photography, and you’ll usually find her outdoors at the beach, kayaking, biking, or enjoying everything the Lowcountry has to offer. She also stays involved in the community through volunteer work and animal rescue.
If you’re looking for someone who is steady, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in your experience, Kriss would love to help you make your next move.
