Kelly Ricker brings a distinctive blend of warmth, adaptability, and market expertise to Lowcountry real estate, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Beaufort, Charleston, Hilton Head Island, and Bluffton. Raised in the North as the daughter of an Air Force aviator, Kelly grew up experiencing diverse communities and lifestyles—an upbringing that shaped her ability to connect easily, adapt quickly, and advocate effectively for her clients.

Kelly began her real estate career in 2020 in the Charleston market before recently making Beaufort home. She holds a Master’s degree from Liberty University and also studied Music Business at Middle Tennessee State University. Her academic background, combined with professional experience in fitness management and counseling, equips her with strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a strategic mindset—essential qualities when guiding clients through high-stakes real estate decisions.

With extensive knowledge of the Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and Charleston real estate markets, Kelly combines market insight with exceptional listening skills to ensure each transaction aligns with her clients’ goals, lifestyle needs, and long-term plans. Outside of real estate, Kelly fully embraces the Lowcountry lifestyle. She enjoys time at the beach, capturing photographs of surfers (especially her husband), traveling with her husband and their blue heeler, Bodhi, and cheering on her favorite football teams. Her passion for coastal living and genuine care for people translate into a client experience that is both professional and personal.
