About Gina Urquizu

With a strong foundation in marketing, communications, and residential real estate, Gina brings a unique blend of industry expertise, attention to detail, and client-focused service to every transaction.

A California native, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. Before becoming a real estate professional, Gina spent more than 10 years working in marketing and public relations, developing strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that continue to benefit her clients today.

Her real estate journey began in Orange County, where she worked for six years as both an assistant and transaction coordinator for a top-producing Realtor. This experience provided an in-depth understanding of the buying and selling process, contract management, and the level of service clients deserve throughout every stage of a transaction.

After relocating to the Lowcountry, Gina spent three years with a custom home builder in Bluffton, serving as both a project manager and design selections coordinator. During that time, she worked closely with homeowners to bring their vision to life and managed custom home projects in some of the area's most prestigious communities, including Colleton River Club, Belfair, and Berkeley Hall. This hands-on experience gives her a valuable perspective on construction quality, home design, and the features that add lasting value to a property.

As a resident of Bluffton, Gina is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and relocating families navigate the local market with confidence. Whether they're searching for a luxury custom home, a golf community property, or their first Lowcountry residence, she is committed to providing exceptional service, clear communication, and expert guidance every step of the way.

When she's not helping clients, you'll find Gina on the pickleball court, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or cuddling with her two dogs, Bob and Lola. She and her husband are proud parents of two girls—one attending the University of South Carolina and another at May River High School.
