Born and raised in Charlotte, Chip developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and performance—values shaped early through athletics and carried into every stage of his professional life. He played collegiate football at Dordt University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration, further strengthening his foundation in strategy, accountability, and leadership.

Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Chip worked as a project manager for a luxury residential construction company, gaining hands-on experience in high-end homebuilding. This background sharpened his eye for quality craftsmanship, construction standards, and project execution—an advantage that allows him to provide meaningful insight to buyers evaluating new construction, renovations, and luxury homes, and to sellers positioning properties competitively in the market.

Although Chip relocated to Bluffton three years ago, the Lowcountry has long felt like home. Growing up, his family spent countless vacations exploring Bluffton and Hilton Head Island—experiences that shaped his deep appreciation for the area’s lifestyle, communities, and coastal appeal. Today, he and his wife are proud to be putting down roots here and look forward to raising their family in the Lowcountry.
