Real Estate AdvisorBlair Rosoce is a South Georgia native, and very fond, and accustomed to the Southern lifestyle. She has been a Real Estate Agent since 2017 and has loved the opportunity to help others fall in love with the Southern lifestyle, as well. She prides herself on listening to the wants and needs of her clients, anticipating what they will need, and thinking outside of the box to get a deal closed. Blair, along with her partner at Proper Properties Group, has been part of the Lowcountry Top Producers for multiple years.
She is an Island and Bluffton ambassador. Blair has always had a love and passion for homes, the architecture, the history, and the function of a home. Prior to real estate, Blair worked as a child abuse investigator and realized that home is not a "happy" or safe place for everyone. Real estate has allowed her the ability to combine her love of homes while providing a "happy" place for clients. When Blair is not selling real estate, you can find her chauffeuring her children around to live out their dreams, traveling, reading, gardening, or volunteering at her children's school.
