Alison Melton serves as the Managing Partner and Broker in Charge for The Agency Hilton Head, The Agency Savannah, and The Agency Beaufort, leading the brand’s expansion throughout coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Lowcountry. With over a decade of experience in luxury real estate, Alison brings a refined understanding of the market and an unmatched dedication to client service that has positioned her among the region’s most respected professionals.

Specializing in private, gated, waterfront, golfing and/or equestrian communities, Alison combines deep local knowledge with a global perspective—shaped by her personal investments in properties across the U.S. and internationally. A graduate of the University of Richmond with a triple major in Leadership Studies, International Studies, and Spanish, Alison began her career in Latin American investment banking on Wall Street before transitioning into real estate. That foundation—paired with her entrepreneurial drive—has shaped her as a strategic, results-oriented leader who elevates every aspect of her business and her team.
